How to calculate the city gas bill
The city gas bill is the fixed monthly base charge plus a usage-based usage charge, with 10% VAT added. The usage charge is the usage (㎥) multiplied by the per-use rate (KRW/㎥). In practice the meter volume (㎥) is converted to MJ with a calorific factor and charged per MJ, but this calculator estimates simply with an average rate per ㎥.
